Kilishi -Beef Jerky

Spicy Kilishi otherwise referred to as Beef jerky is a delicacy that originated in #Hausaland (Northern Nigeria). It is a dried form of suya, made from deboned chicken, cow, sheep or goat meat with cloves and spices added.

Do you even know that kilishi is made from good beef and beef is proteinous?
When I say "good beef" I mean meat from cow that isn't sick or with a disease and that hasn't been stressed.

Generally speaking, beef jerky (kilishi) is a healthy and nutritious snack.

Given that it’s high in protein and low in carbs, it has a healthier nutritional composition than many other snack foods and is suitable for various diets.

It’s also high in various minerals, including zinc and iron, which are important for many functions, including immune and energy level support.
